You have the option to take your own tent along on this holiday for the most affordable option or if you want to make things easier, opt for a comfortable Tipi or Glamping pod. Whichever option you choose, your weekend break will be fully catered so there’s no need to bring any food or cooking appliances with you. Hurrah! What activities will you be doing?
There are so many exciting activities to experience & enjoy on this action-packed family adventure holiday in the Brecon Beacons, Wales.
The activities on offer here make the most of the centre’s extensive on-site facilities including miles of private bridleways for horse-riding, and extensive climbing facilities including the only indoor natural limestone featured climbing walls in Wales. There are also artificial featured climbing walls, large bouldering areas with plenty of interesting routes, an extensive natural rock caving system, and a 16-metre abseiling tower and a beginners tower.

Set within the centre’s private grounds, surrounded by countryside and mountains, you stay in your own tent, a cosy tipi or glamping pod on the outskirts of Llangorse Village within the Brecon Beacons National Park.
Family friendly Tipi Village
Stay in your own cosy family tipi within a private tipi village, which will be exclusive to the families sharing the activity holiday with you. It’s the ideal base for your family adventure holiday, offering a really sociable experience with glorious mountain and lake views.
Laid out in a horseshoe shape, there are six large cosy Tipis available that sleep up to six in each Tipi, with prices based on a minimum of 4 people. If your family is smaller than four then we ask for a £200 supplement.
Each Tipi will have raised, comfortable beds, electricity, lighting and a wardrobe to store your belongings.
Dining takes place at the centre’s Base Camp Cafe which has its own spacious outdoor balcony seating 24 with a stunning panorama of Llangorse Lake and the peaks of the Brecon Beacons.
There are separate indoor toilet and shower facilities for males and females, a drying room & changing rooms.

This holiday is located at the award winning Llangorse Multi-Activity Centre on the outskirts of Llangorse in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Llangorse is a charming village, known for its natural beauty, outdoor activities, spectacular lake and historic sites.
Llangorse is easily accessed via the M50/M5/M4. The closest train station is about 30 minutes away by car in Abergavenny, with taxis available for transfers if required.
Once on the centre, you won’t need your car for activities as they are all within walking distance and close by.
There are several pubs in the village of Llangorse along with a small shop. A short drive away are the larger towns of Brecon and Abergavenny.
